Drugs and car seized on Coventry Road

Dear Resident,

We wanted to update you on the work our neighbourhood officers in Bordesley Green are carrying out around drug crime in the community. We know from speaking to residents that this is a concerning issue. 

Enforcement action is continuing against those supplying drugs such as nitrous oxide, or laughing gas, and yesterday (7 October), the team visited a store on Coventry Road as part of their enquiries. 

A car was found containing a quantity of nitrous oxide, and a man was arrested at the scene. 

The drugs and car were seized, and enquiries are continuing. We will share another update with you when we have one.
